What is the price range of your wedding dresses?

We accommodate brides of all budgets. We generally start at $1250, but the majority of our dresses are between $1500-$2500. We also carry high-end designers priced between $3500-$7,000.

When should I plan to purchase my wedding dress?

We urge our brides to purchase their wedding dresses 9 to 12 months before their wedding date. This will ensure that you have four to six weeks for alterations. At Here Comes the Bride, our dresses are made to order and it takes approximately 5-8 months for orders to arrive. Alterations may be necessary, which is why you will need a few months to plan accordingly.

My wedding is less than 6 months away! Can I still find a dress at HCTB?

Absolutely! We have a large selection of dress samples that can be purchased off the rack (no order necessary). Your options may be more limited, but our experienced stylists will do their best to accommodate your needs.

Is an appointment needed?

An appointment is necessary to ensure that you have the opportunity to work with one of our experienced stylists. To secure your appointment time, a credit card authorization is required. There is no fee for the appointment itself, but same day cancellation or an appointment “no show” will incur a $50 fee. Am I allowed to bring guests to my appointment?

This is a big moment in your life and we encourage you to bring those who are important to you during this special time! To ensure that all of our brides have an amazing experience, we recommend that you keep your party under 4 guests, as there is limited space and seating. For groups larger than 6, we recommend setting up a VIP appointment.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

There are a few steps to take to ensure your appointment will have the most successful outcome. We recommend wearing a strapless, comfortable bra and nude-colored undergarments. A consultant will be with you in the dressing room helping you in and out of the gowns. Make sure to wear something that you are comfortable in. You are also welcome to bring heels to give you a better idea of your completed look.

Do you have bridesmaid dresses?

We do not carry bridesmaid dresses.

Do you offer alterations?

Yes! We offer alterations by appointment only for wedding dresses bought at our boutique. We do not take any outside alterations for dresses not purchased at Here Comes the Bride. Alterations fees for wedding dresses on average are between $550-$750 and customizations will typically incur additional fees. To schedule, please email or call.

What is your return policy?

Per our designers, all sales are final and there are no refunds or exchanges given. Merchandise does not include a warranty, either expressed or implied. No exceptions.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, all credit cards and also have Apple Pay for your convenience. There are no processing fees for using a credit card.
